A communications professional with more than 20 years of experience, Tricia has significant experience in a number of industries, including health care, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, public libraries, education, and non-profit organizations.
Tricia has served in a number of capacities that allowed her to apply several competencies:

During Tricia’s corporate and agency-based career, she also earned faculty appointments at several universities, where she taught both undergraduate and graduate courses.
Tricia earned a bachelor’s degree in communications/journalism from Shippensburg University, a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Scranton, and a doctorate in administration/leadership from Marywood University. She also completed coursework at Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, and University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
A principal in I Need A Speaker, she has presented in Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, and several locations throughout the United States.
As president and creative director of The PR Dept., LLC, Tricia works with a number of experienced subcontractors who are carefully selected to meet client needs.
Tricia resides in Northeastern Pennsylvania with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.
